Winter is a common time for neck, shoulder girdle and thoracic injuries. Between winter sports and slippery roads, this is the busy season for injury informed therapists.
This class is focused on evidence-based practices that will deepen your understanding of treatment work, enhance your understanding of injuries and conditions you may get referrals for in the winter months and give you an edge in the medical and athlete community.
This class will be quickly paced. Review of deep muscles of the neck, omahyoids and SITS muscle group will be beneficial to retention of information.
